I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!
On August 22nd I wrote a review complaining about the sales process. I wanted to add to this as the GM of this dealership contacted me, took ownership of the situation and helped us to find another suitable vehicle.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. 2 years ago, we purchased a new SUV (cheaper than Lexus) from a local dealership to save some $$ on payments -- I won't make that mistake again! I don't want to bash that dealership or brand, but the SUV had some cheap features we didn't notice at first such as the cargo liner made from a felt-like material; and at the last oil change they were already trying to sell us new tires. That was the last straw for us! Having owned Lexus cars in the past, we never had issues like these. So we traded in that SUV yesterday at Hennessey Lexus and came armed to the teeth with information to try to get the best value I could on a new NX300, and they more than met our expectations! Nick was great at matching the great discount we had gotten at another dealer and getting management to get us top $$ for our trade-in. Jin did a super job at guiding us through and understanding the options with no pressure at all to choose any options we didn't want or need. Once our purchase was complete, Danny sat with us in our new NX300 and explained all the features thoroughly, quickly, and calmly. And the customer lounge! Compared to the other dealership we dealt with for 2 years, it's like a Delta Sky Lounge versus the cramped and spartan environment you get at most other dealerships. I regret going with a different dealership and car brand two years ago, have learned my lesson - if and when we need another new vehicle, it will be a Lexus from Hennessey!
