The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
Got my car from Jeremy in 2016. He???s great to work with, very patient, professional, and takes good care of his clients. He even follows-up with us 2 years later :). I traveled 12 hours to Santa Rosa from Carpinteria to purchase my 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring car from Freeman Lexus. Greg made sure that my car purchase went smoothly and that my Subaru Outback was washed and ready to go upon my arrival at Freeman Lexus. Each time I lease from her, she makes this process smooth, fast and painless. I appreciate that she is always available no matter the time of day to answer questions. She patiently takes the time needed to make sure I understand the changes in the RX from year to year. When I bring my car in for service, Steve L. is also consistently helpful. He is courteous, professional and makes each visit a breeze. Both Lora and Steve go out of their way to make sure my concerns have been met and that I have a loaner car if needed. I honestly appreciate the positive experiences with sales and service that I have had over the years. I have leased from other companies and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of customer service that Lexus of Thousand Oaks offers. I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
