My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This ct200h was a replacement vehicle for my wife’s 2008 VW beetle. She wanted a small car that I would also enjoy to drive. This car fits the bill. While this car is not particularly fast off the line it is fine once up to highway speed. The car hugs the road and the front seats are comfortable. The rear seats are good for children and smaller adults. We have been getting 50+ mpg in city driving and 45 in highway driving. Overall a good purchase so far.

I was looking for a gas efficient car. However, many of the hybrid cars do not look good, in my opinion. The CT 200h combined an attractive, sporty look with the gas efficiency I wanted. It also has enough room to store my bicycle in the back when traveling. This is the perfect car for me!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Look, as a car guy, I swore I'd never own a hybrid because most seem dull, awkward looking, slow, and just not fun to drive at all. That being said, recently our commute has increased to between 80-100 miles per day, so gas mileage and practicality became a priority. We'd driven the Hyundai Ioniq, Ford Fusion Hybrid, Kia Niro, and Honda Insight, and each had sacrifices. Then we came across this used CT200h, and took it for a spin. A day later, we came back and signed the paperwork. This car has already won me over into the hybrid world. Yes, it's still slow. It is still a Prius powerplant, after all with a CVT. But, the steering and suspension feel is great, throttle response is good in "Sport" (also love the hidden tachometer), brakes are a bit of a change but you adapt pretty quickly... It looks good, has the practicality of a hatchback, has the soft, luxurious feel of a Lexus interior, backed by the reliability of a Toyota. It's not fast by any standard, not even for a hybrid these days, but it's still fun. It does have a bit harsher ride than you'd expect of a Lexus, but I credit that to the "fun to drive" aspects of the suspension. That's a fair trade off to me. The interior is pretty comfortable, albeit tight in the rear seats especially if you have a front passenger or driver over 6ft tall, and the trunk isn't very big, but there are folding seats, and we don't have back seat passengers often. Overall, this car is great. It gets around 41 mpg on our typical commute, it's fun enough to drive, comfortable, and practical. I'm happy with it, and coming from a petrolhead, that's worth something!

Great cars at the dealership. Purchased a Mercedes C300 as I’ve been in the market for one for weeks. Noticed they had one at a great internet price of $19,700 I’m cargurus but at the dealership and their online website it was listed at $23,900. They honored the internet special and took a deposit of $200 to hold the car for me due to the fact that I had some problems finding a good co-signer due to the fact that I have no credit history and wanted to have the auto loan under my name to build credit. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Reliable hybrid car that should NOT be considered a luxury car. It's a Prius with the Lexus logo. I've driven a few Toyota's & Hyundai's the past few yrs that have a better drive and feel more luxurious than the LexusCT 200h.

I have been coming to the dealership ever since I bought the car back in 2006. The customer service that they provide is outstanding. While I recognize that between the 45,000 mile checkup and the wheel alignment will take longer than the normal 2 hour wait, I didn't anticipate my wait to be close to 4 hours. I know Jorge did his best but he was not as effective as some of the other Service Managers who was on top of the shop and a number of them did frequent visit to the shop to make sure their customers were taken care of. I was not updated on the status of my vehicle even though he saw me pacing the hallway. It was the lady at the desk who offered a place for me to charge my phone and asked if I need anything. I had to ask Jorge a number of times what was happening. While he was very pleasant to speak with, I felt he lacked the sense of urgency, especially, when I first told him that I didn't want a loaner car given the amount of wait (4 hours or so) and I ended up waiting just as long.

On April 2nd I took a 1 way Amtrak train from Washington, DC, to NYC for the last 2017 Ultrasonic Blue / Circuit Red RCF on the market! This was preceded by the "Perfect Deal" set up within one phone call with the great Sales Manager; Angelo Tranquellino. It all went UPHILL from there too! Angelo even sent a great guy (David the Electronics Expert) to pick me up at Penn Station and bring me to the Dealership! Signed ze papers with the perfect Finance Manager; Calvin Poh, who had every last detail laid out on the desk, ready to roll. Then, they took me back into their Indoor Service Garage where I saw a line of gleaming new cars all ready to be introduced to their new owners! Each car had acrilyc stands in front of them with individually named placards, that actually brought tears to my eyes! They took photos, handed me a gift bag, and David went over every option with me inside this awesome car. I even had a delicious Cappachino & Turkey Sangwiche before my 5 hour trip home. It actually felt great giving my business and money to folks who truly earned every bit of it. Words cannot Express the level of professionalism that Lexus of Brooklyn displayed for me. I am speechless that anyone could ever rate these folks anything less than a #4 for Reviews! This stunning Blue Lexus RCF turns more heads than Stormy Daniel's on 60 Minutes! If you are looking for a car with a lot of bells and whistles, this isn't it. The bluetooth is spotty but otherwise everything is solid. Very fuel efficient and comfortable, so if you have long commutes, this is a good car. Has a fair amount of storage space for a small car.

We've had our car almost 3 years now, and have had to barely fix anything on it. It's amazing, and even my passengers love it! (I drive in DC for Lyft) GREAT car! 5 stars across the board from me.
