The name of my sales man his name is Eli he was very courteous very approachable I was just strolling through the lot and he noticed me and wanted to know could help me I brought my car in to be serviced I didn’t bring my car in to get a new car but after dealing with Eli and having conversations with him I bought a new car he’s an excellent salesman he’s courteous he’s top-notch he is warm he’s friendly he’s not pushy he’s an excellent sales person smile on his face I wished all the salesman could be like him maybe they would sell more cars
2018 IS300 Chris Ortega is Phenomenal. Words cannot express his knowledge of LEXUS in every aspect. I cannot have asked for a better experience. Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Mike in Finance was superb and so easy going gentlemen! Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!
I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I'm from Cleveland, OH and drove all the way to Columbus to purchase my RX, even though there are three Lexus dealerships closer to me. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
Bill Hartman went to great lengths over 5 months to find the car we wanted. Would recommend him and this dealership to anyone in south central PA.
