My husband and I went on Saturday, May 23 to Subaru Carlsbad to meet with Yuri Ganzha, hopefully to buy a Forester Hybrid. Yuri and Jake Smilie, both in sales were very nice to us explaining us about the car. Unfortunately, we couldn't made the deal on Saturday. However, Yuri and Jake's support, kindness and understanding made a good impression on us that we made the decision of returning to the dealership on Sunday. Yuri welcomed us with the same kindness. My husband and I would like to thank Yuri Jake Smilie, and also Miguel Hernandez in finances for the great job they did in selling us our new car-Forester Hybrid. Just one thing we want tell you is Yuri didn't explain how to use the touch panel and switches on wheel and door of the same model we will buy. after going back home We found some of function hasn't installed. I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.

Absolutely the best luxury and MPG you will find. Hated to trade in our RX350, but gas is too expensive. The power and handling will surprise you every time you turn to Sport Mode. If you are thinking about a hybrid, it is worth the money for this type of reliability.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
2024 Lexus ES 300h review
I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

2020 Lexus ES 300h review
Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.
