I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
I went to 4 dealers before coming here, I was already down thinking no one could get me approved, but it was on my way home. I am glad I stopped because Alex is an amazing finance manager, he got me approved into the car I came looking for. We will definitely be back!
I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. It was a great stress relief knowing I could depend on them to meet my vehicle repair needs. Thanks so much Justin Ryan & Jeff Colefield

Very pleasant buying process. Non-pushy sales process. Eric M. who handles internet sales was very easy to deal with. Had the car ready out front when I dropped in. I was not planning on buying that evening, but the car turned out to be a great fit for me and we were able to negotiate a good price. The whole sales team were very pleasant, and I appreciated their patience, staying late on a Saturday, well past closing. I bought from Sewell knowing their amazing customer service and they did not let me down.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

On Friday, 6/15/18 my husband and I purchased our 2nd ES 350 from Sewell Lexus of Dallas. My 2007 ES 350 Lexus had 250,000 miles and I never had to do any major repairs. Throughout the 12 years of the 2007 vehicle, I visited Sewell Lexus service many times for routine maintenance/ware & tear and I always received SUPREME service. It didn’t matter who the service advisor was because they are all very professional and they all go out of their way to provide the very best service. I would never go anywhere but Sewell Lexus of DALLAS.
