I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. In need of a car, go to this place first!
I inquired about a vehicle through cars.com. We were able to get our questions answered quickly from Olivia through email, then complete the online application process, negotiate a price with salesman, and arrange financing over the phone. Because we lived far away from the dealership, a salesman met us halfway with the vehicle to sign papers which was extremely convenient. Very courteous, knowledgable, and understanding staff. We're happy with the vehicle which was exactly as described/pictured and reasonably priced.
After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! You simply can't make a mistake by dealing with them and I have never been treated as well as by Josh Smith!!

Way better experience than the last few vehicles that I bought from other new car stores. They actually sold the truck for what they had advertised! Nothing added on at the end of the deal, no pressure on the purchase of the truck, and a fair price for my trade first time around. When I walked in service at acura, I saw a guy helping an elderly woman with her vehicle, it was one of the old vehicles. She was so happy leaving the place and I told myself, I should go talk to that guy and get some good service. Not knowing who he was or his job title. I talked to him and explained my situation. Im a busy mom with 4 kids, I went there looking a mess! To be honest, people judge you on how you look at other dealerships. He was still helpful. I am so happy with the the excellent customer service I received from Julio (Service Manager) I had problems with my SUV and he went out of his way to try and help as much as possible. He was honest and straightforward with every questions I asked him. I strongly recommend people to buy their vehicles here. They work with you and they have the best customer service!!
The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
