My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what services you should have done immediately and which items you can take care of later. She is especially good with unusual situations such as when something that needs to be taken care of is not covered by warranty. She was able to work with Lexus and get me a "goodwill" that saved me $750. When I needed replacement tires and wanted a specific special tire not stocked by Lexus she ordered the tires from an outside supplier and arranged to have them installed on car. She is the greatest.
My recent leasing experience with Lexus of Watertown was a great one. Leon Barnes, the product specialist, helped me to get into the right car, and made the transition from my old car to new....just seamless. I am always in a hurry and wanted to get through the process quickly and to get all of my questions and concerns answered. And Leon did this with grace along with such a nice positive attitude. And he found the color I wanted! Always a priority. The finance manager, Alex, was awesome. He clariefied all of my leasing options better than anyone has in the past and I felt very good about my decisions. All in all a very good and positive leasing experience.
Tony was the sales rep and couldn’t have been better. Knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure. Really felt like he was an advocate for me, not just working for the commission.
