I went in for a minor fix in my 2014 Honda EX but ended up leasing a new car too.
Kathy Fulton, the salesperson was very helpful and worked very diligently ,answered all my queries, spent a lot of time to make sure she explained everything about the car. It did not take very long to agree to lease a new car from her since she made it very easy and smooth process. She was very cheerful with a great personality at all times. I thank her very much.
Great experience overall. Every member of the dealership was great to work with. From the salesman to the finance guy. Overall a great experience. Would certainly recommend using Johnson Lexus. Looking forward to great service as well

I've always dreaded the car buying experience... until I met Clement Max Corriette. From the start, he was very hospitable and professional. I'm so glad that he was the one that offered his service when I came in. He set out to help me accomplish my goal of purchasing a 2019 ES 350 on the same day. It was crunch time for me because I had to return my current lease to another dealership in a few days. When my original plan didn't work in my favor, Clement went above and beyond to offer other scenarios until we agreed upon the best deal for me. He also took care of my lease return. I am forever grateful to him. He is very knowledgeable. He has many years of experience in this field and knows it inside out. He truly lives up to his title of "Lexus Certified Master". I recommend all of my family, friends, and anyone who reads this review to come in and speak to Clement. He will take care of you - no matter what your situation is. (I'm also looking forward to utilizing the nail salon/massage center that he has implemented at this location).
Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Mike in Finance was superb and so easy going gentlemen! Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
Got my car from Jeremy in 2016. He???s great to work with, very patient, professional, and takes good care of his clients. He even follows-up with us 2 years later :). If I???m ever in the market for another Lexus, Jeremy is my go-to. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service! Thanks Jeremy :)
It was Saturday morning to complete buying my Lexus. Daniel definitely needs training or higher leadership has to send him for customer service training. He should know about the basic customer service. He was very bad. Thank you.
My service guy was great, I only bring my prius here they are great most of the time if you have any issues let someone know if they can't help talk to someone else you will probably get to the 1 that will help you, I just wish they had more affordable prices and improved wait time hopefully the new service build will help with that. Oh and they come out to your car when you pull up and ask if you want something to drink or a snack who else does that? Great people
The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
