I've always dreaded the car buying experience... until I met Clement Max Corriette. From the start, he was very hospitable and professional. I'm so glad that he was the one that offered his service when I came in. He set out to help me accomplish my goal of purchasing a 2019 ES 350 on the same day. It was crunch time for me because I had to return my current lease to another dealership in a few days. When my original plan didn't work in my favor, Clement went above and beyond to offer other scenarios until we agreed upon the best deal for me. He also took care of my lease return. I am forever grateful to him. He is very knowledgeable. He has many years of experience in this field and knows it inside out. He truly lives up to his title of "Lexus Certified Master". I recommend all of my family, friends, and anyone who reads this review to come in and speak to Clement. He will take care of you - no matter what your situation is. (I'm also looking forward to utilizing the nail salon/massage center that he has implemented at this location).

It is worth every dollar. Test drove more cars but this was my favorite. I drove a Nissan and it was reliable too. But I do believe I am driving in luxury

I just completed a purchase of a 2013 Nissan NV3500 SL from Tommy at Carmony. I'm from Illinois and it was a nerve-racking idea to purchase a vehicle from 900 miles away from a used car dealer on the east coast. After enough research I became comfortable working with Tommy and I believed he absolutely believed in the quality of the vehicle he was selling. He was EXCELLENT at communicating consistently throughout the transaction and I'm very happy with my overall experience.
He works with you and You guys are lucky to have an employer like him excellent work Alejandro Keep the good work Happy with purchase waiting on replacing on tires only when you guys get them and can???t be more happy great great work guys.
The service was great. However, not really sure why the bulb was blown. Could have been mistakenly loosen during last service. The bulb has been blown since my last service.I thought the HID bulbs last longer than 4 years and My car is garage kept.
Came back to the vehicle I love.

Had leased 5 Lexus ES in the past and decided to try something different. After owning another brand for 1 1/2 years, came back to a 2015 ES cpo. Its the most comfortable car on the planet and best Value for the money in my opinion. Am recently retired and service and maintenance costs have always been low.
Anthony Torre, our sales rep at Atlantic of 110, was pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus RX350 we were looking to purchase. He was able to clearly define and explain the features and technology of the vehicle. His enthusiasm for the product was apparent and contagious.

Purchased a used 2015 Lexus ES 350 thru Carvana. Absolutely love it. Purchased on with almost every available option, except the Collision Avoidance System. Well worth waiting for such a vehicle, a tremendous value compared to the E Class, BMW 5 Series, and other vehicles.
I Got a 5 cars from this dealer. They are friendly and trustable.. I suggest everyone to get their car without hasitate.. Specially thanks to Ralph as a sales person very nice and friendly.

I would not buy it again. The new Fords as well as the BMW's and other ares are more focused on innovation and user needs. Even Lexus Navigation maps are very out of date and they refuse to use Google as a source.
From the very moment I stepped inside of the dealership I was greeted by a wonderful concierge service whom immediately introduced me to sales person named Gohar. Gohar wasted no time placing me in the exact car I was interested in. Gohar address all concerns I had regarding my Lexus and remained consistent with communication during my purchasing process making it a pleasurable one. I intend to return to Lexus of Queens in the near future when I upgrade and I highly recommend purchasing your Lexus at the queens location solely because of the amazing customer service.
Very knowledgeable, kind and the best to work with. Aldo provides an excellent customer service experience and knows just how to treat a potential buyer. I was well informed throughout the purchase process and could not have dealt with anyone better. My last salesman is no longer working for the company (Juan) but Aldo did the right thing for me and gave me a reason to stay with Manhattan. I recommend him to anyone interested in a Lexus. Great car to own

Love having Lexus, they are always good as usual. Only issue with this car is their wipers. In heavy rain when you try to run them fast the passenger side wiper start making noise and if you kept running it will stop and you will end up using only one wiper. I had to take to the mechanic and they fix it in minutes but still its an issue. Secondly they have compact inner console too much, if you put something in the front cup holder you are unable to access buttons on the dash board. Rest everything is great and awesome in this car.
Thanks a lot to Mostofa. 2 years ago I got my NX F Sport 2016 from him. I couldn???t get approved but he worked hard and got me approved. Now after 2 years he called me and upgraded me to a brand new 2018 RX350 F Sport. He is the go guy.

Incredible ride, unquestioned reliability, fit and finish is impeccable. I have no issues with the controversial joystick-based infotainment system, styling is good, not great. will be trading for a ?19. I buy based on the dealers as much as the car, Lexus treats customers the way they expect to be treated!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
