I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Towson in 2009 - and I am happy to report that based on my most recent purchase, these guys know wat they are doing. From the moment i walked ino the showroom to writing a check for my 2018 ES, the entire process was entirely stress-less. My sales consultant was a pleasure to deal with and he made the entire process very relaxing. I probably won’t need another Lexus for a few years, but when i do, I will definetly head right back to Lexus of Towson.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!

It is worth every dollar. Test drove more cars but this was my favorite. I drove a Nissan and it was reliable too. But I do believe I am driving in luxury

Had leased 5 Lexus ES in the past and decided to try something different. After owning another brand for 1 1/2 years, came back to a 2015 ES cpo. Its the most comfortable car on the planet and best Value for the money in my opinion. Am recently retired and service and maintenance costs have always been low.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

Love having Lexus, they are always good as usual. Only issue with this car is their wipers. In heavy rain when you try to run them fast the passenger side wiper start making noise and if you kept running it will stop and you will end up using only one wiper. I had to take to the mechanic and they fix it in minutes but still its an issue. Secondly they have compact inner console too much, if you put something in the front cup holder you are unable to access buttons on the dash board. Rest everything is great and awesome in this car.
Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience

Incredible ride, unquestioned reliability, fit and finish is impeccable. I have no issues with the controversial joystick-based infotainment system, styling is good, not great. will be trading for a ?19. I buy based on the dealers as much as the car, Lexus treats customers the way they expect to be treated!
Thanks to Jordan I was in and out with my new car. He also got me a great price for my trade in. His customer service was excellent I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see him !!

Purchased a used 2015 Lexus ES 350 thru Carvana. Absolutely love it. Purchased on with almost every available option, except the Collision Avoidance System. Well worth waiting for such a vehicle, a tremendous value compared to the E Class, BMW 5 Series, and other vehicles.
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.

Not only does this car look sleek and sexy it is the most comfortable car I’ve ever owned. Have owned it less than 30 days and I absolutely love it.

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I would not buy it again. The new Fords as well as the BMW's and other ares are more focused on innovation and user needs. Even Lexus Navigation maps are very out of date and they refuse to use Google as a source.
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
