My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Brendan in the service department is very helpful and a great person to do business with. The waiting area is clean and always stocked with water,coffee, sodas, and snacks.

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Odometer Fraud. Patrick Titshaw tried to commit odometer fraud with my 2015 Smart Car Passion Coupe to evade honoring the four year 50,000 warranty.

I had a great experience purchasing a certified, pre-owned vehicle. I worked with Rene La Paz in the sales department who was excellent! Rene listened to me and found exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the experience and Rene.

Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what services you should have done immediately and which items you can take care of later. She is especially good with unusual situations such as when something that needs to be taken care of is not covered by warranty. She was able to work with Lexus and get me a "goodwill" that saved me $750. When I needed replacement tires and wanted a specific special tire not stocked by Lexus she ordered the tires from an outside supplier and arranged to have them installed on car. She is the greatest.

We went last night to look at cars, and potentially trade in my Jeep. We were lucky enough to work with Chris, who was extremely helpful! We looked at two cars, and fell in love with a used Lexus. Chris and his sales manager worked to give us a deal that we felt extremely comfortable with. It was clear they wanted us to be comfortable with our monthly payment, and they did whatever they could to make that happen. While we filled out paper work, Chris took the new car to get a final clean up, and he even put a giant bow on the car to make it special. I feel that sometimes dealerships don???t value their used car buyers as much as new car buyers, but I felt that Chris and his team really worked to make it a great experience for us. Chris taught us about the features of the car, and took a few extra minutes out of his night (he already stayed way past closing to help us finish the deal) to take a few pictures of us with our new car! I appreciated that Chris was so kind, and easy going throughout the process. I was very nervous to trade in my car, but he made the process easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership, and if Chris is available, you should definitely ask for him!

After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.
