Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I said I would revise my post if they delivered on their promises and Ryan Jones and James White did just that. Could it have happened faster? Maybe, but I didn???t make this easy for them. I got into a 2019 for less than Sheehy wanted 2 months ago for a 2018, when there were $10,000 of incentives! Love my new ES 350, I call it the Boss cause all I have to do is what it tells me to do!
My wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. Our search showed us the perfect car, one on Weathers' lot. We went to see it on a Saturday, and we able to keep it until Monday. Our salesman Tom was honest and fair with us. We got the deal we wanted for the car we needed.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
They were very nice. The cars I looked at were very clean. I ended buying a different vehicle from a different dealership simply because of the specific vehicle I wanted. But I put money down on a vehicle, and was refunded and even then they didnt pressure me and still were very nice throughout the process.
My husband and I are very happy to continue our relationship with Wilke Lexus . Blaine Foreman has always offered us the most personalized service . He has been extremely courteous and helpful in our selection of a new RX. We look forward to continuing this great relationship with Wilkie Lexud.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. The best experience anyone can ask for when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson Marius was amazing when it came to showing me all the features of my new 2014 Volkswagen Passat and went well beyond my expectations when it came to customer service. When it came to financing Max was amazing getting me approved even though my credit was rough. I would recommend Carvision to everyone
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.
