I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
Lexus is the only car I will ever buy.

The only car for dependabity and quality for the money. I would not consider another car after buying my first Lexus almost 20 years ago.
I recently purchased a used Lexus online. Based on the information provided by the dealership as well as my conversation with Daniel Wilson, my salesman, the entire experience was smooth. I felt that all my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I received my car after it was shipped from Ohio to Virginia without any problems!
I would highly recommend using this reputable company to purchase a Lexus.

Hate the feel of road bumps--rides like a truck--like there are no shocks underneath the body of the car--rides no better than all the autos on the market--feels worse than a truck--in fact trucks some trucks ride softer than the sedans of today--needs a car that rides like the cars of yesterday! needs seats to go up more for short people. need heads up speed restored and side view flashers to show at inside edges of the side view mirrors. Two safety items are needed much more than air conditioned seats & warmed steering wheels. Get with it car makers--put the safety items in instead of the stupid rarely used stuff.
My Husband and I visited Germain Lexus of Dublin to look at a used Lexus RX 350 we had seen online. We have bought many vehicles in the past and always dread the whole ordeal but, this time, we met Sales Professional Armen Barsegov who changed our mind about car buying. We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect vehicle. Armen made the entire experience a pleasure from beginning to end. He was very informative on the test drive, the price negotiations, the electronic features and the Lexus warranty. Clint in financing was efficient, informative and a pleasure to work with. This car is very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of leg room and loaded with features. I have only had it 4 weeks, but I truly enjoy the experience it provides
I'm from Cleveland, OH and drove all the way to Columbus to purchase my RX, even though there are three Lexus dealerships closer to me. They have an amazing inventory and the best prices in the State. Ralph was an excellent salesman, he was honest and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton for your next Lexus purchase!
Couple of disappointments

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
Oh my goodness, what a fast, fun and smooth experience! Ralph Burgess was just wonderful to work with. My husband and I certainly agreed that, we would buy from again and recommend Germain of Easton to friends and family....Thank you Ralph and Staff at Germain!

Very comfortable car. Has good spacious trunk. Beautiful inside and outside. Smooth ride. The sound system, the push to start, keyless entry and the application from lexus enform to remote start the vehicle could not do better!
