The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.
No hassle experience, everything was on schedule as planned. Sam Aly was very professional and respected our timeframes. Jordon was very patient with me as I pondered warranty options and decisions. Wade was detailed in explaining the technical features available on the GX.
I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Great experience overall. Every member of the dealership was great to work with. From the salesman to the finance guy. Overall a great experience. Would certainly recommend using Johnson Lexus. Looking forward to great service as well
Dan Rusinik is our choice for our service maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He seems to know almost everything about the technologic aspect of our Lexus 5x 350L. We had some problem with the passenger door not locking. He fixed it and also showed us how to do it our selves. A picture is worth a thousand words. We recommend him highly. Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I said I would revise my post if they delivered on their promises and Ryan Jones and James White did just that. Could it have happened faster? Maybe, but I didn???t make this easy for them. I got into a 2019 for less than Sheehy wanted 2 months ago for a 2018, when there were $10,000 of incentives! Love my new ES 350, I call it the Boss cause all I have to do is what it tells me to do!
I had a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and non pressure sales associate, Ernie Tommasiello. He was a pleasure to work with and always courteous and pleasant.
