I was looking for a truck and I was browsing through CarGurus and saw a Toyota Tacoma limited 16 for sale. Ron contacted me and I scheduled an appointment the next day. Ron, had the car ready for me to test drive once I got there. I brought my two sister along with me . Ron and I talked about the pricing and saw that this is the best deal(as it's at the lowest price on KBB). After three hours of waiting for different banks to beat my banks offer, my bank came up on top and purchased my dream truck. I would says the only thing that got me disappointed was that I paid 33k and had 1/4 of gas. I had to go to Ron and ask him if they forgot, but Ron told me that they don't fill up used cars. Ron did fill it up to half tank but I thought spending over 33k I would get a full tank. Besides the whole gas thing my experience was great!
As returning customers we were impressed with the service we received once again! All staff is extremely courteous and attentive! Thank you for such a pleasant experience... we strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!!!
I was car shopping for something I really wanted and this dealer had it available. It was like fate to me because the car was right in front of the lot like it was waiting for me. I finally just had to have it. Went for a test drive and everything seemed great because Im driving a dream car. I did look up reviews on the dealership before I went to look at the car in the first place. I talked to manager and willing to move forward right there. I went back the very next day and started credit and finance terms. Took my license and insurance for copy (which you need full coverage to finance, btw) and realized later that they forgot to give it back and got a text days later that they had it safe for me. Went down to finance and did more paperwork and signing there after sitting in the lounge, having a half cup of coffee while waiting beforehand. The process takes time but they moved in a timely manner. In the end, the car was discounted to an amount because there were a few things dismantled and two repairs that need to be done. The car was waiting for me with stickers off from the detail shop. They didn't do a great job there because there was some car fur inside the top part of the arm rest mantle and the floor cover that says something like "dealer must remove plastic wrap" was still there. I am getting cilajet on the inside and outside of the car that protects paint and interior and they already knew that's what I wanted. I got a nice full tank of gas driving out of there! Buying my first car was fairly easy and exciting
Haley Frandy contacted me immediately. She was a wonderful person to work with. The time she spent answering my questions and gave me a detailed training on how to operate the vehicle. If she represents Steven's Creek customer service level I am glad that I picked the right one to do business with.
My family went in to test drive a car and the dealership was understaffed. The receptionist was who we first approached and from the beginning was very rude and unwelcoming to us. We were basically asked to leave because of how busy they were. When we asked her simply if someone would approach us if we waited and looked around, she again responded to us in a very arrogant, unwelcoming and rude tone of voice. I then went to the sales manager who was nice enough to take the time to take us out, after noticing my frustration. All in all, the worst customer service from a Lexus dealership we have ever experienced (we already own two lexus cars). If you happen to go here, be sure to approach someone other than this woman who clearly doesn't understand what it takes to run a good business.
I was contacted by someone at this dealership. I forgot her name, but she was extremely polite. She inquired about my shopping for a 2014 Lexus and i unfortunately had to tell her that i had already purchased my car. She was still polite and congratulated me on my new vehicle even though she was obviously looking to sell me a car. She thanked me for my time and we concluded the conversation. Very nice and polite.
Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton and especially Shaun De Guia for again helping us get into another beautiful Lexus. Shaun is the greatest salesperson ever! There is never any pressure, never any games, just straightforward get you into the car of your dreams finesse. It is quick and easy and most of all, painless. The other staff is always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make their customers happy! The service department is great and I love the shuttle service to the outlets while I "wait"for my car. I am a Lexus of Pleasanton forever fan!
I Just bought a new 2019 RXH 450, no pressure no under handed gimmicks to get me to sign, this is where I'm going to buy all my cars now!
