The business manager , Denise Freitas, walked me through all the finance info, and again, no pressure at all. She was kind and very knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my financing going forward Once I purchased my suv Jeffrey took the time to go over every option and all the electronic features to make sure I was comfortable - as my trade in was very old and had none of these options ! And he followed up the first week to make sure all was well and I was happy with the purchase. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021.
I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.
