I was very impressed with the amount of people wanting to help or offering advice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I called to talk to one of the salesmen about an important question, I was on hold for a very long time. I also never was able to reach anyone I had dealt with so I actually had to make an extra trip there to talk to the person(s) I was looking for. Other than that, it was a great experience all around. The car I purchased was a surprise gift for my wife and she is so thrilled about her new vehicle. The staff at this dealership helped make this happen without a hitch.

My first contact was with Samantha.It was the first time I had been in a Lexus dealership. I was from Minnesota shopping for a new car.From start to finish the process took 6-8 weeks. After a general overview I met John on another visit. We talked new 2018 LS 500 vs. ES350. Discussed some numbers and leasing versus outright purchase. I left convinced leasing would be right for me.Not being sure if the LS500 or ES350 would be my choice I sat in a new 2019 ES350 on the showroom floor on another visit....right exterior,interior,options. Let???s be honest. Buying a car really isn???t anyone???s favorite thing to do. It???s a lengthy process but the end result is a new car, so you trudge through it. Honestly, this time was an exception. Not only was Maria fantastic to work with but the time passed easily as both she and the finance manager were good conversationalists, so the time passed quickly. They both listened to my needs, explained everything clearly and simply, and I really felt like they were looking out for my best interests through good suggestions. On top of that, I never felt ???sold to??? and that???s a huge compliment since I hate being sold to. The extra follow up after the sale was even more unexpected and appreciated. Highly recommend!

We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
