I RECENTLY BOUGHT A USED 2013 MERCEDES BENZ GLK 350 4MATIC FROM THIS DEALER. MR FRANK NIKNAM WAS EXCELLENT HE ASSISTED ME AND ENSURE THAT I GOT AN EXCELLENT CAR DESPITE THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN COME FOR A TEST DRIVE. BUT THE CAR I RECEIVED FROM HIM WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND EVEN MORE SO TO THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO COME FOR A TEST DRIVE. AUTO WITS IS EXCELLENT.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Our recent purchase of a Toyota Sequoia was the third best auto purchase we have experienced. The first and second best auto purchases were also at LeSueur Motors with Kris LeSueur. Why go anyplace else? LeSueur Motors offers good quality automobiles at a fare price with no hassle or no high pressure. I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
Nice comfortable facility. Friendly staff. Good location. Loaner car if needed. No high pressure sales so the whole experience was very pleasant. If you are looking for a Lexus this is a nice place to shop.
After a long day of car shopping and getting the run around from other dealerships, Matt (Sales Manager), reached out to me after an online inquiry. Not only did they have the car I wanted, but I was pre approved, in and out in just a couple hours. No hassle. Car was beautifully detailed and we drove it off the lot. Excellent customer service from Sales Manager to Finance Manager. We will definitely purchase future cars from this place.
Spoke with Cory at 10am to see if the vehicle (Lexus IS250) was available. Test drove the car 30 minutes later and finalized the purchase and financing within an hour. No pressure, no hidden fees and no surprises. Walked us through all the numbers, the car fax report, the factory warranty remaining, etc.
Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.
Thanks to Dayna Palmer it was a hassle free experience. This is my 3rd car from CARMAX and will return! Great service dept as well!
