A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place
The salesman (Shavaune Shackleford) was extremely professional and dealt with us with the utmost integrity. His patience and thorough understanding of the vehicle and pricing was incredible making for an easy decision to purchase the vehicle from him. Any question or concerned was immediately addressed and resolved. The entire team was excellent from Nick Manzi (Sales Manager) to Sal Cirillo (Service Manager) and John D'Innocenzo. The entire transaction was seamless with a family feel and the best interaction I've ever had buying a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for any individual in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also want to add that the technology specialist (Max) was also a pleasure to work with. Not only was he there for the delivery but readily available for any follow up assistance
