From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

This car has exceeded my expectations. Smooth and quiet ride. The interior is spacious and very comfortable. The exterior looks amazing and plenty of trunk space. I’m extremely satisfied!!!

We did a lot of research before purchasing this car. And we are very happy with it. Beautiful interior styling, sleek exterior. A super quiet and smooth ride with great pick up. Filled with thoughtful features, both for safety and for ease of use. Very attractive dashboard area. Not overfilled with all kinds of dials and gadgets. Elegant and comfortable.
In for my RX350 60k mile service. This dealer is the best. My service manager, Heath Bradburn, greeted me right away and was very thorough in reviewing and discussing my service needs. Heath explains everything in plain terms, while making you very comfortable while you wait. The technician, Kyle Hyer, serviced my Vehicle today and did a thorough check out. I love this dealership! All around the best luxury and performance value for the money. Drives and handles like a athletic dream, yet quiet too. Excellent brakes, tires, sound system, interior and exterior quality-and the most important reliability/safety features-and you've great way to get around.
I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. 2 GS 350 and one GS350 F Sport

This makes my 4th GS and it is just as solid as the others. I prefer the regular GS 350.
I had problems getting tires for the F Sport,out of stock and you don't rotate. I've had 10 Avalons, 4 GS models, so I know Toyota Automobiles,all of them have been trouble free,and fun to own.
We recently bought a 2007 Lexus, at Lexus of Milwaukee, and worked with Jerry Lewis and Chris White. They were both fantastic!! We were so impressed with the professional and personable way we were treated. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and a no-pressure environment. All of our questions were patiently answered. We were shown the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process. Chris and Jerry and the Lexus staff made us feel like we were purchasing a brand-new vehicle! We have already recommended them to others and are very much enjoying our new-to-us Lexus!

As a sport sedan, it has an excellent compromise between handling and ride. Even came with summer tires. Really loaded with features which can be tweaked. Really feel good driving this quality car.

Drive it once-get ready-sold.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Absolutely love this car, so much, that we replaced our 2014 Lexus GS 350 F Sport with the exact same model in 2018. We have had the German cars; Audi and Mercedes Benz and have become Lexus fans. Our impression; the German cars are over engineered, less reliable and more expensive to maintained.
I loved working with George Galicia. He was so professional and answered all our questions. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and they didn't pressure us one bit. That is my biggest turn off. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you so much. But most of all I love the SUV that we purchased for Fresno Lexus.
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
