So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.

I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless.
