All around the best luxury and performance value for the money. Drives and handles like a athletic dream, yet quiet too. Excellent brakes, tires, sound system, interior and exterior quality-and the most important reliability/safety features-and you've great way to get around.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

This makes my 4th GS and it is just as solid as the others. I prefer the regular GS 350.
I had problems getting tires for the F Sport,out of stock and you don't rotate. I've had 10 Avalons, 4 GS models, so I know Toyota Automobiles,all of them have been trouble free,and fun to own.
I had my RX 350 serviced yesterday as I always do with Bobby King. Bobby is always Professional & Amazing. Every time I visit your dealership it???s so Beautiful, Clean & Spectacular. Excellent amenities and the most amazing customer service and Customer service experience anywhere. Thank you so much for your excellence. Thank you for your Excellence & Great Service. Even the General Manager Randy Newbold came over & said hello to make sure everything was exceptional. Absolutely love this car, so much, that we replaced our 2014 Lexus GS 350 F Sport with the exact same model in 2018. We have had the German cars; Audi and Mercedes Benz and have become Lexus fans. Our impression; the German cars are over engineered, less reliable and more expensive to maintained.
In for my RX350 60k mile service. This dealer is the best. My service manager, Heath Bradburn, greeted me right away and was very thorough in reviewing and discussing my service needs. Heath explains everything in plain terms, while making you very comfortable while you wait. The technician, Kyle Hyer, serviced my Vehicle today and did a thorough check out. I love this dealership! It is easily accessible and state of the art. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you want best in class sales and service give Lexus of Wesley Chapel a try.
This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealer. They are the best in absolutely every aspect of shopping for a vehicle, new or prior owned. Best luxury sport sedan I’ve owned.
Seats are heavenly and the style is unique.
Very reliable, well rounded between sport and comfort, very masculine vehicle.
First time working with this dealership and Harvey Katz. It was also the first time I was leasing, rather than purchasing car outright. Thus, I had lots of questions and concerns that I was making the right decision leasing, choosing the right car which had the features I needed and, of course, getting a fair deal. Harvey extended courtesy, professionalism, honesty and flexibility to accommodate me. Once I bought the car, Jimmy Richardelli spent more time acquainting me with features in the car. Steve was professional and to the point. Did a great job of explaining the car, how it works, the dealership etc. He was helpful and to the point. Anthony was efficient, organized and the paperwork was completed efficiently. Overall a great experience.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this car. And we are very happy with it. Beautiful interior styling, sleek exterior. A super quiet and smooth ride with great pick up. Filled with thoughtful features, both for safety and for ease of use. Very attractive dashboard area. Not overfilled with all kinds of dials and gadgets. Elegant and comfortable.
Jeff Gipson and Josh K. Made this a wonderful experience for buying a first car. The financial guy Brandon got me the vehicle I wanted for less than what was originally offered. All in all I would definitely come back to get my next car.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
I loved working with George Galicia. He was so professional and answered all our questions. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and they didn't pressure us one bit. That is my biggest turn off. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you so much. But most of all I love the SUV that we purchased for Fresno Lexus.
