I have just purchased my 3rd car from Sports and Imports Cars; one Lexus LS 430; one Lexus LS 460 and and a Volvo XC 90. This is the only place that I would anticipate buying a used car due to the quality, condition, value for the dollar, and excellent service. Every vehicle on the lot is hand picked, and meticulously maintained, providing the purchaser with only the best available product. It is family owned and the Kranidiotis family proudly stands behind every vehicle that they sell, making any and every effort to guarantee your satisfaction Even other local competitive car dealers have told me that , although you may find a better deal, you will NOT find a better car. Their inventory is impressive, and if you are appreciative of flawless detailing and high end presentation, then they deserve a visit before you make a car purchase.
This is my 2nd time buying a car from Sports & Imports. I've received nothing but, great service & prices, with great milages!! Mike & his family are wonderful!!! I love Lexus' & would recommend anybody to go & check them out. They don't run you down like these other car dealership places. If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I was in the market for a preowned car and could not find what I was looking for in Columbia. I found Sports and Imports online. I called and explained to Mike what I was looking for and he assured me that he had what I wanted. He rearranged his schedule to accomadate the timeframe I needed in order to see and test drive the car. When I arrived on the lot, he came out and greeted me with a smile and he had the keys ready to the vehicles I wanted to test drive. After test driving , Mike showed me the carfax and went over the vehicle with me. I was impressed with his honesty as it relates to the cost of the vehicle. After going over everything I purchased the car! I am so happy with my purchase! Mike and his wife Mia were great and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. Mike's integrity as it relates to business and his cars is impeccable !!!
We have been customers of Lexus of Greenville for about 5 years now and have no plans to shop anywhere else. We have bought 3 Lexus automobiles from this dealership and had numerous service visits. The service is always top notch and we are always treated with great, friendly respect and as members of their family. I am short of superlatives to describe our relationship with Lexus of Greenville. Suffice to say we keep returning. The service associate this occasion was Russ Kelly, first class all the way. The check out was handled by Erica who was also outstanding.
I recently traded with these guys for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but prior to that I've serviced with them for years on my previous vehicle, a Ram 1500 Quad Cab. The service department is great. They keep me posted on what it needs and what its gonna need. Their prices are more than fair, and they stand behind their work!
I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!
Jerry was better than awesome. He addressed a potentially major power steering issue quickly and professionally to mitigate the problem. Then we flushed my system twice more in the next two weeks to ensure it was fully solved. And he was so awesome about it. He is a great person who works on cars. He would be great at whatever he did because he is calm, confident and he CARES.
