Took my 07 Lexus gs430 in for service. Work with Phil the service department manager. Was very helpful and getting my car fixed on some recall work. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic fee.. since I brought my car in late and it was going to be there overnight I asked if he had a loner and he said no they were out but he made a phone call to his manager and offered to give me a rental free of charge from Enterprise without hesitation. When I got there and dropped the car off they had a brand new RX 350 2017 model and offered it as a loaner.. I didn't even have to pay for the gas upon return as I was going to fill it up as a courtesy. This dealership bends over backwards for pre-existing Lexus owners and continues to strive with service excellence and customer service. Kudos to the service department and to the service call center that takes the initial call.

Purchased a 2011 Lexus LX a few months back and I couldn't be happier with my SUV or the buying experience. After owning the LX for a few weeks, I took it back to the service department to get a clear bra and have the windows tinted. The service department did a really good job and even washed it for me! All of the staff -- from the sales and finance associates to the service personnel -- are absolute professionals. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and plan to do business with them again in the future.
Everything went well but the time it to finalize everything was long which I know is the norm when buying a car. I would have liked a full tank of gas since I had just put gas in my trade in for the week. I’d still like the full tank of. I only had half a tank. I mentioned it to my sales person but he said that isn’t done. There was a time when you bought a vehicle, it always had a full tank of gas when you left the lot.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. I knew which model and options I wanted on the new car before entering the showroom. The salesman, Dominick, show me everything on the car and made the buying process easy. He explained how all of the features on the car worked. I never felt rushed or pressured.
