When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Alex Ruiz (the finance Manager) was also great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle
