Felt Like Family

We were in the market for a used Lexus, and our "want" list was very specific. Nothing was available in our local market that met our criteria, so we were using Cars.com to search Lexus dealers nation wide figuring it wouldn't be difficult to fly somewhere and drive a car back home. We had inquired about a number of cars in several different locations, and each time came up empty. Then we came across a Certified 2012 ES 350 at Lexus of Tulsa Oklahoma. Kent Proctor at Lexus of Tulsa is the man. From the very first phone, call he made us Feel like Family. He was very patient, and never once was pushy. He answered all our questions, and sent over additional photos of specific items on the car. He responded to everything thoroughly and quickly, and when he needed to get back to us on something, we didn't have to wait very long. He took the time to personally pick me up from the Airport, instead of sending a driver. We felt like VIP's during the whole buying process at Lexus of Tulsa. From Kent with the car, Dan Huber in the Finance Office, to Corey Haas the Sales Manager, everything was thoroughly explained and prepared in advance. Five Stars and two Thumbs Up to the entire staff at Lexus of Tulsa, and especially to our new friend Kent Proctor, he made us feel like family.
