We bought a Mercedes GLE this past Saturday. The person helping with the entire process was Mark Riley. Mr. Riley is one of the main reasons we selected this car. He is an incredible part of the selecting and buying part of car I have ever encountered.
17 Years of German cars, and now I love my GX!

I actually have the 2018 Lexus GX 460 Luxury with Sport Package and Captains Chairs.
Pros: It handles very well for it's size and the transmission is so smooth. I LOVE the vantage point of driving this vehicle, and it's so very comfortable to drive. Very quiet interior and plenty of space for anything you need. I really love getting in my car each day! I personally like the flexibility of having a 3rd row if I have people to move, or folded down 3rd row if I have cargo. The ventilated seats are delightful and the base stereo system was a big surprise for me. It's awesome!!! Rear camera is excellent as are cross traffic sensors.
Cons: The interior does look slightly dated, but I do think the black leather helps the feel a bit. The rear wiper is silly small in range. I HATE that you can't keyless unlock the back doors without doing a front door first. Although my heaviest used Enform features work, the bonus features are 99% unreliable and buggy. Seems so silly. I do have the lovely gunmetal wheels offered with the Sport Package, but the overall wheel options are sad. Such an attractive truck but a serious lack of aesthetically pleasing wheels to complement.
All the cons aside, I truly love this truck. All of the good most definitely outweigh any of the bad for me. I hope Lexus continues the truck in their lineup, I know it's been in question for the past couple years. I think just a few minor updates could keep it a serious contender for many years to come. I couldn't find anything in the German lineups that were a combination of my price range, aesthetics and size/function. 6 VW's and 1 Mercedes down, I'm now a happy Lexus owner : )
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. He brought back the small town feel of authentic conversations and sharing a piece of his life with me. Thanks, Russ! I’m extremely content with my New Jeep Cherokee purchase and I appreciate the great experience.
Family SUV Love!

Absolutely love the Lexus GX Luxury. We have owned several SUVS including an MDX, Explorer, Lexus RX330... This one was love as first drive. We have known Lexus to be one of the most reliable brands we have owned, but with children I didn’t want an RX again. I looked at Range Rover, Mercedes and Infiniti because we knew we wanted a larger sized SUV. I also wanted the “captain” seats in the middle. This car is loaded with features... Enough technology to make a tech loving family happy. I love the fact that I can start my car from an app. I love being high up off of the ground to see around traffic. I love the soft leather. We have had so much fun and so many compliments on this beast. Not regretting it. For those who say the ride is bumpy... it is slightly, but not more than any other pricey SUV. It’s actually pretty smooth. It’s a tall vehicle. It’s got a truck-like vibe with all of the luxury and bells and whistles you expect from Lexus. That’s what we wanted. We have the Luxury Sport package— only because this car was available. I would have been happy even without the spaceship like buttons and rear heated seats. Overall this family of four is in love.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Would not buy again

I agree with some of the negative reviews. The engine revs loudly and it is not a very smooth ride. Very top heavy and does not maneuver well. Lexus Enform is a very poor app and the navigation system technology is terrible. Not roomy in the back seats, very limited leg room. Some of the materials used are cheap. While I think the 460 has a beautiful exterior design, I would not purchase a Lexus again. Very disappointed.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Toyota’s luxury version of the 4Runner

Although it might have terrible gas mileage it’s very reliable since it’s made by Toyota. It has a 40/20/40 split seats in the rear which I love. My kids love the heated rear seats. Upfront it east to tell it’s a luxury vehicle real leather stitching fills the cabin along with comfortable leather seats which are heated and ventilated. The cabin is also very quiet. One of the only things I don’t like about them is there is no four way lumber it’s just two way. Another spot I don’t like is it’s infotainment. It’s very dated and it lacks Apple car play and android auto. It’s touch screen only so it can be distracting. Another spot that I personally like but other people don’t is the trunk. It is manual and it opens sideways. The gas mileage is pretty poor at only 15 in the city and 18 on the highway. Although it has a 23 gallon capacity so you should be fine. I feel like since it has a big v8 it should be fast but it’s not really. It has good visibility in all directions. Another nice feature is hat it has heavily padded places where you knees would go. It has a third row but it’s cramps and should be kept for the kids or your mother in law. It also has great off-roading capabilities although I doubt you’ll take you $60,000 Lexus off-roading but it’s there if you need it. It is a body on frame suv which we’re seeing less and less of these days. So overall the Lexus gx is luxury oriented and it’s nice. It stacks up well against competitors like the Mercedes GLE and BMW X5.
We have experienced excellent service from the moment we walk in the doors. Our recent experience was purchasing a RCF, our 3rd Lexus. Our salesman, David Cantu was excellent along with Used Car Manager, Tripp Bridges. We give you a high 5 rating on all aspects of your service.

Comfortable, big, safe and reliable.
Best vehicle I've ever owned....
Additionally, the customer service is second to none when I go to the service department for the routine maintenance items needed to keep the vehicle running like new.
I had been looking online for a few months for a 2016 Lexus RX350 with the luxury package in select colors at a reasonable price. I was delighted when I came across just what I was looking for at Lexus of Dominion. I called and spoke with Fernando “Fernie” Maldonado. I found Fernie to be exceptionally honest, polite, and communicative. The best part is that since I live quite a distance away from the dealership, Fernie arranged for a driver ( who was also outstanding ) to deliver the car. Fernie also made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before it was delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and with my “new” car. I highly recommend Lexus of Dominion and Fernie.

I love this vehicle ! I traded up from the RX,
for more room and the 3 areas that are air conditioned , where the RX only has ac for 2 zones. Love the room and the drive. My third GX.
I have been looking for a used car for two months and found just what I needed and had been looking for at Lexus San Antonio, TX The salesman was very professional and very nice, I asked him to let me see and drive the car for three or four days before I made up my mind, and if was he annoyed by my calling him every other day to come see the the car, he never showed it, He was very nice, patient and professional The vehicle was a little more expensive than I had intended to spend but it was everything I had been looking for; color, interior and mileage. I bought it!

The 2017 Lexus GX 460 is a great car. Stylish, roomy, and nimble. Very comfortable on short and long trips. Can’t say enough. Highly recommended.
I was in the market for a new suv/crossover. After doing tons of research I found mission mitsubishi. They had this promotion $4,500 cash for junkers that allowed me to lower my monthly payments significantly! The crazy thing is I didn't have a junk car to trade in and they still give their me the $4,500. I wouldn't say my credit is amazing, but they really did work with me and helped me throughout the entire process. In all honesty this dealership only wants to help people feel confident buying a car and with their service and friendliness I was able to drive my new Eclipse off the lot knowing I could rely on them if my car needed anything. When talking to the salesman I asked why does your dealership say #1 in the United States. He simply told me they sell the most mitsubishi cars in the U.S. which is no surprise because without a doubt I would by my wife's next vehicle here just because of how much they care about their customers. A lot of the time you forget that where you buy the vehicle is just as important as to what vehicle you buy. At Mission Mitsubishi you get the best of both worlds, solid and trustworthy dealership with the most reliable cars on the market!

Was designed by someone who doesn’t spend much time in a car. Lacks the conveniences of a “luxury “ high priced automobile. Leather on the luxury model is only thug better than the Tahoe; it is sumptuous!
