I am the happy owner of a Lexus sedan and have purchased fourvehicles, over the years, from this dealership and it’s predecessor. My service representative, Tom Miller, has stayed the course and the service has just gotten better and better. My most recent visit started with a recall repair but I decided to have the oil changed and the car detailed - and am absolutely thrilled with the detailing result, not to mention the friendly, efficient and courteous treatment provided by everyone I come into contact with, during every visit. We love our Lexus and this dealership plays a key role in maintaining our loyalty to the brand. Thank you for understanding with customer service really is about.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
What a fantastic car buying experience! Goldie’s had the exact SUV we were looking for with super low miles. It was practically brand new. This was our first time buying a vehicle from Goldie’s and we will be back. Their philosophy of a lifetime customer not a one-time customer runs true throughout the whole experience. John was incredibly easy to work with. He is very kind, thoughtful, and patient. The no pressure environment is a welcomed change from my prior experiences with other dealerships. The best part is when you shop with Goldie’s you are supporting a local family run business who truly care about their customers. The next time you are looking for a quality used car give Goldie’s a try and ask for John, he’ll take good care of you.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.

I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
