Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

Our BMW X5 was just out of warranty and would in need some costly repairs. On the fly, my wife and I️ went to Sewell Subaru since we love the dealership. Unfortunately, where we are with our finances we needed our X5 paid off and a lower payment on the Subaru. We were headed towards leasing and this situation helped us. Will worked with our monthly figure and was super duper patient, helpful, fill up our gas and washed our car twice. He was super transparent and helpful in getting us comfortable. He was great to my daughters too. Special recognition for Michael the finance manager to getting my deal done. We leased a 2020 Ascent Touring and we love the SUV with so much more space for the 3rd row. Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I really like this GX 460, I was considering a GX 470 instead I went with a GX 460 premium and I really like the color it not being a common color, it seems since the little I've owned it I'm always getting complements on it.

I love my Lexus SUV, this car met all my needs and more, the ride is very comfortable. It’s great looking inside/out, inside is very spacious 3 rows seating for 7 people without luggage because the cargo space is very small, but that’s ok because my family size is 4. The beauty of this car is stunning, and has a body that never lose style, inside features are amazing, seats sets to your liking, and seat are super comfortable. We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Fulfills the promise that the luxury mid-size SUV always held out but rarely fully reached - family hauling (seats 5-7), cargo toting, trailer towing, highway cruising, off-roading, winter driving, luxury interior, maneuverable/garageable, and even durability/reliability (this is fundamentally a Toyota truck, and built to a higher standard than even Tacoma) all in one package. Only downsides are fuel economy and complex infotainment, but no vehicle is perfect.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I bought a car here, I took plane from Detroit to Dallas, bought a BMW X5 diesel from them, I have very good experience with Amanda, she sent me the carfax and additional pictures of the car that i asked her ,was in and out in 30min!!!! I had tolled Amanda to inform me if she gets any BMW 335 convertible in, I would buy again!!!! The only think that I didn't like is they couldn't pick me up from Dallas airport which is 25min a way, I will suggest them that they should pick up all the costumes that come from out of state to buy from them especially the one like me that paid for the car cash!!!!!!

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

This is a very comfortable car and is great for trips. It has a tremendous amount of room for luggage. The V8 also makes it great for driving around town.

I am impressed with this vehicle. It is comfortable and stylish. However, I wish that Lexus had a turbo option as this V8 I find to be a little sluggish.
