The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.

Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. My husband and I traveled 100 miles to examine and drive a new CLS AMG. We had received some photos and we very interested in this beautiful car. We were greeted by our salesperson, Joe Cleary, and the owner of the dealership, Greg Kach. After a brief visit, we test drove the car and were totally enamored. Our car precious car was appraised, we agreed on a deal. With all of the new technology, Joe arranges for one of the technology advisors to set up our phones, give us the basic info and will come to our house for a thorough review of the features in the next week or so. We were very pleased with our treatment and with our purchase. We would recommend Jackie Cooper Mercedes Benz of Tulsa without reservation.
Shawn and Jose made this an awesome experience for my husband and I buying our first Mazda. I bought a certified used CX-5, with all the bells and whistles, and I'm really loving it. I traded in my dodge r/t, challenger, and I feel like the CX-5 was probably the best SUV, I could have replaced it with. Everyone was very friendly, and they tried hard to get us the best deal. I look forward to working with them again in the future. My only complaint is that I was a little taken back by them not going down from the asking price one bit, but they did offer to give me a little more for my trade-in, not as much as I was hoping, but everything worked out in the end. Overall I defiantly recommend!

Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
