We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. It was a Saturday we planned to test drive cars and then review what we liked/didn't like and buy at a later date, Once we met with our assigned sales member, Greg Bolte, we knew we were in good hands. Greg gave us the overview and tour of the E400 we were considering and answered all of our questions with the utmost care and professionalism. After the test drive, Greg was genuinely interested in our thoughts and what we were looking for. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. The team kindly stayed late past closing to ensure we could drive away that evening in our new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We appreciate the loaner and the coupon! Would appreciate more consistency though. First person we spoke with when making the appointment said no loaner was available and no coupon provided on maintenance. First time Ive ever been told this. Ive had coupons and loaners in the past for oil changes!! This job would take 6 hours and I asked he check into this. He said he would check with a manager and call me back. He never called us back!!! I Called back later that same day and spoke with a different person- he said it was noted that the first guy called us back (I was home all day- my phone never rang) and we never had a message from him. I wish I had his name as he was not friendly at all, never followed up with us, and said a loaner not coupon was available for our maintenance that would take 6 hours. The Second guy was super polite, arranged for a loaner and the coupon. I bought my car here, have it serviced here because of the treatment Ive received. Im glad that your one employee was much more helpful- its employees like him that keep me returning and will incent me to purchase a new car here again.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
