I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.
I found Nash Auto through a friend of mine that has purchased several vehicles from this dealership. I went by to take a look at the selection and was surprised by the quality and the selection. They mainly stock high end vehciles with surprisingly low prices. I came in and dealt with JR who was vey knowledgeable of the selection, the vehicles and knew exactly what i wanted by asking me just a few questions which helped me tremendously. I found the Lexus that i wanted from the low miles, the exterior color and the interior color, it was Jackpot for me. The most important part of my experience was that i didn't feel pressured to purchase, they offered me to take it for a drive and come back in an hour if i liked the vehicle and make a decision when i was ready. I made my decision quickly due to finding the car that i wanted and for the deal that i got. The service was great and the time i spent purchasing a vehcile was less an hour, they financed it, had my vehicle detailed and provided me with an extra detail at no charge just for coming in. Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and South Bay Lexus is one of the best! I am on my third vehicle from this dealership and every experience has only gotten better. I was lucky enough to work with Sam Ko on my most recent purchase. Not only was he upfront, and honest, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying or leasing a car is a big life change/decision and having someone with you that you can trust every step of the way is truly invaluable. If you are looking for a new Lexus and looking for the lowest price possible don't bother looking anywhere else. Go straight to Longo Lexus and look for George Kantanto! George is very personal and treats his customers like family. I bought an IS300 from him 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with George, two weeks later I bought another Lexus from him. This time an RX350 for the wife. Trust me, I did all the research, contacted a ton of Lexus dealers, nobody can beat George! You won't be disappointed.

I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
