I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
This was the most stress-free (perhaps the only stress-free) car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I was hoping to buy. I really can't say enough good things about Jeff, the very nice finance person (I'm sorry, I forgot her name), Charlie my courtesy shuttle driver (he was delightful) and everyone I came in contact with at your facility. By the way, the facility is beautiful, too. I'm looking forward to working with Kate in service again, I've always had exceptional experiences with her. The 2-year warranty, 4 complimentary services and your pick up, drop off and loaner policy is extraordinary. I feel like I got a great deal and excellent financing. I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Towson in 2009 - and I am happy to report that based on my most recent purchase, these guys know wat they are doing. From the moment i walked ino the showroom to writing a check for my 2018 ES, the entire process was entirely stress-less. My sales consultant was a pleasure to deal with and he made the entire process very relaxing. I probably won’t need another Lexus for a few years, but when i do, I will definetly head right back to Lexus of Towson.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.
Our recent experience of purchasing a new Lexus with the able assistance of Zena Demirceviren, Sales Excutive, Hadelman Lexus of Princeton, was very pleasant and smooth. She was knowledgable and patient giving us plenty of time to test drive different models and to reach decision. when we express our hesitation to drive the brand new car at night in the poring rain, she and Andrew Ertingu, Technological Specialist, kindly delivered the new car to our garage right after we got home. Well, that what we call a real service and we are thankful. Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
