I made an online inquiry about a 2019 RX 450h in specific exterior and interior color that I was contemplating on buying. Anthony Wilson responded quickly. He gave me a quote and sent me the link to the vehicle so I can find out if the options it came with met what I???m looking for. I told him to proceed. I went to their dealership, signed the papers and took delivery of the vehicle.
If you are looking for a new Lexus and looking for the lowest price possible don't bother looking anywhere else. Go straight to Longo Lexus and look for George Kantanto! George is very personal and treats his customers like family. I bought an IS300 from him 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with George, two weeks later I bought another Lexus from him. This time an RX350 for the wife. Trust me, I did all the research, contacted a ton of Lexus dealers, nobody can beat George! You won't be disappointed.
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.
I???ve been working with Derrick Nicholson on a 2018 IS300. We were finally able to come to an agreement on price with my strict budget and I couldn???t be happier. I???m new to the Lexus brand and he did a fantastic job throughout and went the extra mile making sure everything was perfect; from the window tint, to the delivery. Derrick is an amazing salesman and just a great guy. I???ll be sending him anyone I can find who is interested in a new car. Thanks Derrick!
Although I made my purchase over the phone. Dealing with Patrick was among the very good and pleasant car buying experiences for me. He was available ASAP to answer all my questions. he was there to help me after the sale too.
Kim Cotter our sales representative was very helpful, friendly and patient with us. She gave us 3 different test drives in a span of 3 months without any pressure to buy. I thank her in closing the deal.

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.
Thanks to Bryan Fippinger, a service consultant, for an excellent service. He went above and beyond to solve basic issue for oil filter issue. Because of employees like him, we come back to Lexus dealership.
Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
