The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.

Beautiful inside and out. Wish it had memory seat. Still have mp3 player/ipod issues. When playing ipod, it shuts off entire system after 1 minute! To play an mp3 player, you must pull out usb cable and then put it back in! If I shut the vehicle off leaving on mp3 player via usb, the audio system is off when I start up the car again! If I shut off car, with radio on, it is on when I turn the car back on. WEIRD. The dealer has already replaced the audio system. Next is to replace the 2 usb ports. Other than this, I love the car so far...
I am a happy customer that is consistently treated well by everyone in sales, service and finance at Lexus of Thousand Oaks. This is the fifth RX I have leased from super star Lora B! Each time I lease from her, she makes this process smooth, fast and painless. I appreciate that she is always available no matter the time of day to answer questions. She patiently takes the time needed to make sure I understand the changes in the RX from year to year. When I bring my car in for service, Steve L. is also consistently helpful. He is courteous, professional and makes each visit a breeze. Both Lora and Steve go out of their way to make sure my concerns have been met and that I have a loaner car if needed. I honestly appreciate the positive experiences with sales and service that I have had over the years. I have leased from other companies and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of customer service that Lexus of Thousand Oaks offers. My husband and I are both currently driving cars from Lexus of Thousand Oaks and have referred friends that are also happy customers.

Test drove it would love to buy one. Drive was great, has all the latest safety and comfort features. Only lacks apple car play. Rest is perfect!
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.

If you are looking for a new Lexus and looking for the lowest price possible don't bother looking anywhere else. Go straight to Longo Lexus and look for George Kantanto! George is very personal and treats his customers like family. I bought an IS300 from him 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with George, two weeks later I bought another Lexus from him. This time an RX350 for the wife. Trust me, I did all the research, contacted a ton of Lexus dealers, nobody can beat George! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful vehicle with upscale detailing. Powerful enough for confident driving. Great legroom in front and enough room for grandkids in back. Love the safeuty features.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.

Super stylish and sporty but with all the luxury you expect from a Lexus! It handles great and who knew I’d love red interior’! The parking assist sensors can be annoying so I turned them off, backup cam is just fine!
Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.
Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I love this car. Super comfortable, roomy but not too big. Sporty and sleek look inside and out. Sport mode makes it fun to drive. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments from people already.
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Where to begin? Well for one this car is a good looking vehicle, it has a number of features that I'm still discovering along the way. It drives smooth, safety features are on point, it will catch you by surprise (depending on your reaction it might startle you). I traded in my Infiniti and although I did feel hesitant at first I do not regret my decision today. I'm saving more money driving (in my opinion) a better looking car with more features that I was promised and never had in my last vehicle. Overall a good vehicle. On a side note If you're in the market for a speed demon this is not the model to get. This car has speed but it's not built primarily for that.
I had my RX 350 serviced yesterday as I always do with Bobby King. Bobby is always Professional & Amazing. Every time I visit your dealership it???s so Beautiful, Clean & Spectacular. Excellent amenities and the most amazing customer service and Customer service experience anywhere. Thank you so much for your excellence. Thank you for your Excellence & Great Service. Even the General Manager Randy Newbold came over & said hello to make sure everything was exceptional. When My Vehicle was ready it was in the delivery area all shined up with 2 bottles of water for my wife & I. What an Amazing Dealership😀

I had a 2002 IS 300 and loved it. I was very sad when it started to go, but I knew that I wanted to try the newest version. I test drove a few of the 2015s and a 2016, but for the price difference I decided to just treat myself. I am very glad that I did. I have gotten A LOT of comments about the exterior of the car (I got the black on black).
Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
Ok Sam Vince! You are amazing, friendly, hard working, organized and a complete delight. My husband and I are past our middle 60's so we've bought quite a few cars on our journey. By far, Scanlon as a whole and Sam Vince specifically have been the greatest dealership ever. And I havent even mentioned Reilly Morris in finance that made signing papers fun!! Its not even the big things (great prices and quality cars) but the small things (kindness, compliments, concern and free espresso!). Just love Scanlon. We dont want to shop anywhere but Scanlon! Scott provides great service and very informative. Used to go to Lexus of Kendall but Stop going do to overcharging me when they were not supposed to. Made a switch to Lexus of Pembroke and great service so far.
This is my 5th Mercedes but first from this new dealership. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a Mercedes.
