I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.

After bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Chester springs and working with a Steve V, my mindset about dealerships in general was turned completely around. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and that everything was taken care of the right way. This dealership has integrity which is hard to come by these days. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership. I called ahead of time and was greeted on the phone by Joe Troutman, a salesman at the dealership. He made sure the car was there and pulled it aside while we drove there. Once there it was a smooth process and we ended up buying a 2013 Ford Explorer in great condition. Joe even met us there on a Thursday which was his day off. Super new and clean Lexus dealership if in need of a Lexus.
The customer Service here was absolutely phenomenal! We weren't even planning on getting a car. We had a pre-approval from our credit union we were shopping around with. They even beat our own Credit Union's APR and saved us more money! Way to go guys. You are awesome!
My husband and I are very happy to continue our relationship with Wilke Lexus . Blaine Foreman has always offered us the most personalized service . He has been extremely courteous and helpful in our selection of a new RX. We look forward to continuing this great relationship with Wilkie Lexud.

Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I said I would revise my post if they delivered on their promises and Ryan Jones and James White did just that. Could it have happened faster? Maybe, but I didn???t make this easy for them. I got into a 2019 for less than Sheehy wanted 2 months ago for a 2018, when there were $10,000 of incentives! Love my new ES 350, I call it the Boss cause all I have to do is what it tells me to do!
