I was looking for a truck and I was browsing through CarGurus and saw a Toyota Tacoma limited 16 for sale. Ron contacted me and I scheduled an appointment the next day. Ron, had the car ready for me to test drive once I got there. I brought my two sister along with me . Ron and I talked about the pricing and saw that this is the best deal(as it's at the lowest price on KBB). After three hours of waiting for different banks to beat my banks offer, my bank came up on top and purchased my dream truck. I would says the only thing that got me disappointed was that I paid 33k and had 1/4 of gas. I had to go to Ron and ask him if they forgot, but Ron told me that they don't fill up used cars. Ron did fill it up to half tank but I thought spending over 33k I would get a full tank. Besides the whole gas thing my experience was great!

I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. I would definitely deal with Nate again. I just want to thank him for his time and great follow up with us. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, don't leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. God Bless!

I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. I would gladly direct anyone toward him to get you in your new ride. You won’t be disappointed!
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...
First class service and attention. Was served by Master certified product specialist, really a great auto consultant, was very friendly, patient and gave me great options to choose from. They have a great selection of models, colors. Always professional , knowledgeable and patient. He and the dealership carved out a great deal for me. I would highly recommend Ted and dealership. It was a great experience working with Gateway. I had gone to several dealers and felt like the dealers were forcing a sale and then harassing me via telephone. Andrew answered all of my questions and then stepped back to let me decide and had me call him when I was ready. The purchase was seamless and Jay was laid back and professional.
