Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.

We needed a car and had to stick to a budget. After hours of looking online, I can across the cat I wanted. I sent a request for information and within 15 minutes I had been contacted by Tommy the owner. My husband and I set an appointment for that afternoon.
Once we got there the staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming.

I have bad credit. I went here not expecting much. I was not approved for the car I wanted but Tommy kept working with me until I got something close that I could afford and build my credit. It took a little bit but he put in the extra effort to get me driving. Ended up with a good car and great payments with out having to go to a tote the note place that would sell me junk at a high cost. Thank you sir.
I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
These are good guys who tried really hard to get me into a good car. My height and leg length made it difficult, but I was shown several great cars that just didn't fit. The one that did I decided against because it was a luxury car, and I didn't want that route. But, all the folks here are great.
Everything about Park Place Lexus made the experience enjoyable. From the greeting at the front desk and introduction to a knowledgeable Sale Associate you will find every step in the process very comfortable.
