This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.
Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

We were very impressed with Byron’s laid back approach. Showing me the product I was looking for and trusting me to take the van for a test drive gave my husband an opportunity to see our future purchase. The process began on a Wednesday and we were official proud owners of a white Honda Odyssey by Saturday. We Love it.
Post sales has not been as smooth. We were promised replacement caps for the vehicle that have yet to be replaced. The caps are not required for the van to run but they are cosmetic and a deal is a deal. We did not haggle when discussing price. We asked for a cap to cover the back seat legs and a key fob. My husband paid $100 extra dollars to to get an extra fob made for the van. The owner paid the $100 back in cash and said he did not want to deal with it post issuesbarebyour problem and not the problem of the dealership even if it was part of the agreement before the car was purchased.
Overall, i would do business with this dealership again. I never felt pressured by Byron therefore I feel like the van was our decision to buy and not some high pressure shady dealers decision. Thanks Byron.
I have personally owned 11-13 Lexus vehicles since my first LS400 in 1990. We have experienced a number of salespeople over the last 18 years, but none as efficient and personable as Chad Douglas.
