Love the Car! Customer Service - NOT so much!

First, my rating is based on the DEALERSHIP not the CAR!!!
Love the car!!! Dealership leaves major room for improvement! I'm a researcher so I knew what I was buying before I purchased and what I should expect to pay. I also subscribe to an auto report company for history. I receive info from other sources than the dealership to prevent false records. Yes, I pay for this auto-report membership, but $39.95 for 30 days is well worth the investment to make sure I'm getting what I paid for!
Now for the customer service! I live in TN. Bought the car 06/10/18 and was given a 45-day tag. Called and spoke with Manny 07/11/18 and told I would hear back in 1 hour! My GA temporary tag is going to expire in 7 days and I can't get a response from TRACY in finance nor the manager CARL. Then I called 6 times 07/16/18 and did not hear a word! I went to my DMV office 7/17/18 and nothing has been turned into the state of TN! Heard nothing all day yesterday. Now today 07/18/18 I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and counting! After Tracy finally picks up she informs me it's not her job to do titles she's only Finance not Titles & Registrations!?!?! Yet, Carl, Sam, Manny & David tell me she is the one I need to speak with regarding my tags! I tell her she should not have to take this kind of BS if its not her job! I will be more than happy to inform CARL that he and his team are in error on who is responsible!!! I asked her WHO is responsible because I will write a grievance letter & she refused to give me the name WHOS job it is since it's not hers and said: "It's a little girl, and I will take the heat for her!" How noble TRACY, but the "little girl" really should be taught how to do her job properly and YOU are doing her a serious DISSERVICE by enabling her to continue to do crap work and get paid while everybody else takes on her responsibilities!
Finally, she tells me that the paperwork was sent via FedEx on 06/28/18. When I asked who signed for it and on what date... her reply it was signed for on 07/17/18.
Now for you reader, What is the SLOWEST SERVICE you can get via FedEx and I'm willing to bet it is faster than 3 weeks! Next issue - why would you send it to my credit union and NOT DMV where it needed to go????
My suggestion - if you live out of state REFUSE TO PAY THE State SALES TAX, TAGS and the $99 "electronic filing fee" they charge on top of their DOC fee! There really ought to be a law that prevents companies from doing this!
