The car met all my needs, it has plenty legroom it also has 3 usb cords. Has all the features I need and love the cruise control and it’s functions.
You have always handled our car issues with the upmost professionalism. This is our first Lexus, even better than the car is the service. Facility very well planned out, easy to navigate. Suggestion would be to offer training sessions due to the complex nature of the cars features. I think many don't understand so many of the features, and don't know how to use them.

Have driven German cars for the past 20 years and still own one ... The LS for a daily driver or long distance cruiser I think would be hard to beat ... The comfort , and quietness of this car insultes you from the daily grind
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
I am what you call a car guy. I have personally purchased more than twenty cars from Metrolina and each and every purchase is like my first. Excellent customer service each and every time. They are all honest and fully disclose everything in order to make me feel comfortable with every purchase. The personal touch they give you makes a “regular guy” like me feel like a VIP. The service department is top notch they can fix everything and the customer service there is just as good. They make me feel like family. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else just go to Metrolina and enjoy the experience!!! It’s so worth it.
I came to a service for my 2015 ML 350 and went out driving a 2017 GLS 450. How? or Why? Was not looking for a change, but great opportunities and great people are better together. This is my fifth Lexus and each and every time I can't believe Lexus could improve over the last model! Really, what can they improve upon? It rides even smoother than before, air and heat in the back seats, more room in the back seat for passengers. The new mouse works great for searches and the voice control is great as well. I can't say enough for the standard of Lexus, not only is it a beautiful car inside and out; it performs in the exceptional category!
I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.

Figuring out how to use the many, many features of the car is very, very difficult. The manuals are not easy to understand. It took me days to figure out how to set the cruse control. There are too many features and the manuals are not much help. I am having second thought about buying this car. The features of my three previous LS 460 Lexus cars were easier to understand and use.

All what a demanding driver look for and much more, it is distinguished in every detail, the quality of the ride on all the speeds are great, the interiors design and the materials are superb.
I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.

This car has terrific comfort, and the drive is smooth and quiet. It feels very safe, and the styling inside and out is sleek and modern. I love it!
We purchased our E Class at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia with the assistance of Zac Nichols and Danh Do. They were fantastic. We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. We cannot say enough great things about him and Dahn. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes, consider the location in Columbia, MO. They make the experience easy.
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.

Greg and Devyn are both wonderful. Greg has so much knowledge and experience that he made us feel right away that we were in the best of hands. We especially liked that he wasnt pushy and he spent a great deal of time making sure that we were truly satisfied. Devyn was top notch too. An expert at helping us old fogies with the fancy new technology, and just as patient, efficient and pleasant as can be. Both were exemplary, and we can assure you, you wont be disappointed.
Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
Dan Rusinik is our choice for our service maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He seems to know almost everything about the technologic aspect of our Lexus 5x 350L. We had some problem with the passenger door not locking. He fixed it and also showed us how to do it our selves. A picture is worth a thousand words. We recommend him highly. Easy to drive, comfortable ride for passengers, all the newest safety technology - makes driving a great experience. Many years of Lexus ownership, this one tops them all.
Scott provides great service and very informative. Used to go to Lexus of Kendall but Stop going do to overcharging me when they were not supposed to. Made a switch to Lexus of Pembroke and great service so far.
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.
