My car was in for regular service. The service rep was professional and courteous. He explained the work that was done when I returned for my car. The work was done on time and all is well. Great Service department!
Joe Ranzuli and my family have been doing business togather since 1993 when Joe sold us our first new Balise vehicle. As a service rep with Lexus you can find no better than Joe for his vehicle knowlege and customer care. He cares for my families safety as much as his own and when it comes to vehicle maintenance that is the top priority and he tries his best to keep cost affordable.
The showroom is beginning to show a bit of wear and tear. I noticed the bathrooms did not have same amenities as they once did. All of the associates throughout showroom are pleasant. I wish you had a recycling area for snacks and healthy snacks need to be rotated .., they are old and stale. Doughnuts are fresh but, I do not eat doughnuts. Thanks. Colleen Andrews, Scott’s wife. We brought our 350 RX in to have stains removed from the rear seats. The service department was immaculate, and a reflection of the quality of service we always receive from BALISE.
