Scott provides great service and very informative. Used to go to Lexus of Kendall but Stop going do to overcharging me when they were not supposed to. Made a switch to Lexus of Pembroke and great service so far.
Professional, smooth, easy, quick. I went to the service center on a Sunday at 1:00pm. The receiver greeted me and efficiently noted mileage and did a thorough inspection of my car. They were clearly busy. I had no appointment, however, I didn???t have to wait long to see Ed, my service person. I went to the cafe to eat something and do some work. So happy they had sockets that I could use to charge my computer. Received the call that my vehicle was ready at the agreed upon timeframe. Collected a clean, washed and well serviced car.

It is the first time I lease a car and I couldn???t be happier with the experience. I was the last costumer there (after hours). With that said, the associates who assisted me were patient, courteous and profesional. I feel confident with the deal I got thanks to the sales associate who assisted me, he educated me in the process while working with me to fit the needs of what I was looking for. I definitely recomend this dealership and the associate who assisted me.
Considering this experience with my 2019 lease i think i will return to buying a car. I wasn't completely satisfied with this lease agreement. I was contacted by the Lexus Finaincial Services inquiring what my plans were with my next lease/purchase from Lexus Pembroke Pines. The representative "Geroge" was very professional and determined to honor my request with my next lease and went the extra mile to contact the sales department of Lexus Pembroke Pines to convey my expectations. To my dismay i lett there feeling overwhelmed, confused with my transaction.I knew there would be an increase from my 2016 lease to a new 2019 lease but because several of excellent custormer geared lease programs were no longer available my once all inclusive was now al le carte. Thus increasing my monthly payment drastically and limited the selection from the fleet of cars to choose. I was told i had reach the level of " Loyalty Customer" humm sillly me think now i have some real negotiations power. But this only proveded a slight discount from the bottom line price but because the old "customer geared" programs were no longer available i basically paid what what wasto be expected if i was just a new lease customer. I'm baffled as to why my salesman and the finance office thought i has previously put down $2000 when it was only $600 and me thinking being a Loyalty Customer there would be no morney down required or the most $600 as previously paid. I also wanted to keep the leasing term to 27 months but becuase i didn't put the $2000 down i'm now stuck with a 42/44 month lease (mind you this is after a creit report pull) I'm sure was a score of 800 if not more I felt as though i was handled like the nostalgic used car salesman. Prior to this experence i hightly recommeded to my friends, colleague and family that leasing is the way to go, but this one left a sour taste in my mouth so i think it's probably best to go back to buying and close this chapter.
I came in yesterday for 1:30 appt and was not service due to they where to busy.So I was rescheduled for today, I came in and dealt with Melissa Ho. She really made it a great experience and took the time to educate me on little things I didn't know. She really made it a great experience and strongly recommend her. Needed a new car but had no initial plan of purchasing a Lexus. At the urging of a friend, I went to Lexus of North Miami and walked out with a brand new vehicle at a great rate and am still pinching myself because it all seems too good to be true.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Overall it was a good experience. I haven't received the car yet as its being transported. The Sales person Don Branson was patient with me as I have never bought a car off the internet
