Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.

Awesome beautiful car with all you might need. Smaller type SUV but enough space, sexy look, eco/normal/sport drive mode! I have been owning it with great pleasure and lots of compliments!
Ok Sam Vince! You are amazing, friendly, hard working, organized and a complete delight. My husband and I are past our middle 60's so we've bought quite a few cars on our journey. By far, Scanlon as a whole and Sam Vince specifically have been the greatest dealership ever. And I havent even mentioned Reilly Morris in finance that made signing papers fun!! Its not even the big things (great prices and quality cars) but the small things (kindness, compliments, concern and free espresso!). Just love Scanlon. We dont want to shop anywhere but Scanlon! Very poor quality, just past 50,00 miles and A/C blows hot air. Can not image this bad from Lexus. My Kia and Toyota had no A/C issue for over 100,00 miles. This is my first Lexus and will be the last. Not reliable at all.
This was by far one of the best experiences I???ve had at a car dealership. Derek Harp, Nick Del Negro and Morgan Kin provided exceptional customer service and never once made me feel pressured. If you are in the market, you must stop by this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love everything about the car. I would only say I’m missing a bit of storage in front (sunglasses, etc). Love the size, options, speed, comfort - smooth ride. Everything else is perfection!!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Luxurious yet practical. Comfortable. Classy. Great gas mileage. My teenager loves driving it, so it’s a great car for both of us to share. My first Lexus but I’ve owned an Avalon and multiple Toyotas.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This car is comfortable, super quick, looks like a transformer and handles better than the Cadillac ats-v, only complaint is 0-60 could be way faster... So it could I use more torque and hp. But drives like a v6.
Dan Rusinik is our choice for our service maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He seems to know almost everything about the technologic aspect of our Lexus 5x 350L. We had some problem with the passenger door not locking. He fixed it and also showed us how to do it our selves. A picture is worth a thousand words. We recommend him highly. Enough space for all my needs, very reliable car and has very solid performance, a very fashionable design from inside out. Has all the features for winter needs (all-wheel drive, heated seats, and wheels), very good sound system.
Absolutely great. I purchased my IS 250 five years ago from Greg Libutti at Germain Lexus and kept in touch with Greg Libutti during the past 5 years on my service visits to Germain Lexus. He was the person I went to immediately when I wanted to trade my IS 250 car in and purchase a new car and I am so happy I did. I just purchased this car and it has been a dream to drive. It is AWD and handles like it is on rails. I have the Nebula gray with the Roja interior, and it is a sexy car. My wife is the primary driver, and I can barely pry away the key from her hand. Love it, love it, love it!
This company bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. Every time I see one of their commercials on tv I get a good feeling becuse of my experience.

My 2015 Lexus NX200t is the most comfortable & stylish vehicle I have ever owned! I was hooked after the initial test drive & knew it was exactly what I was looking for-comfort, style & a few bells & whistles. My favorite features include the bluetooth which allows handsfree calling & it even reads my texts to me when I am driving! I also love the air-cooled seats-perfect for the summer time heat! The 3 driving modes are also fantastic--it has an ECO mode to save on gas, a Regular mode & a Sport mode for an extra punch of power! I absolutely love my NX and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
