I stop in randomly to take a close look at the new Black Label Lincoln Navigator. I was great by a gentle in the parking lot who proceeded to show me many amazing details. After a while I released we had been talking about the amazing vehicle and I was not being pushed into anything. Just giving great info. Thank you Mark for being that guy that just helps. When my car was totaled last year, I was very skeptical at the thought of having to purchase another one, having made bad choices in the past. Haggling over price, rushed to buying what I didn't like was not what I needed. I had never been to Sewell Lexus before and was a little intimidated at first. Right away I was greeted with smiles which made me more comfortable. The 2 sales guys that assisted me Joe & Dillon, also 2 of the most impressive people I have ever met. I was given a complete car history, a explanation of the vehicle features and how to maintain it in detail. All my questions were answered completely and honestly and I was truly certain this was the vehicle for me and daily life. After being given an amazing purchase price, a detailed explanation of everything and excellent customer service , again they went above and beyond and offered my free car washes for as long as would own my car. WOW! I hate washing or cleaning my car!! I purchased my car along with their platinum extended warranty the very same day! I have never been more pleased with a car purchase EVER. They made my car buying and experience I will never forget and past year and a half of owning my car very enjoyable!!!! Thank you Guys!!
We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.

The fact that they were willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy even after the purchase was completed made my new 2016 GS 200T purchase a 5-star experience. Special thanks to their New Car Director Corey Hawkins for this. This kind of behavior will make everyone in my family go back to Lexus, and Sewell Lexus at Fort Worth in particular, when they will look for their next car. It was also a pleasure dealing with Brad Coker, Shane Nelson and Courtney Jones during the car buying process. Lexus Customer Service was also very cooperative and willing to help in every way they could. Love my new car!
Sewell of Ft. Worth has been a very good experience. They have been very helpful, without pressure. We have not bought a car yet but I am leaning toward a Lexus partly because of the excellent treatment we have received so far at Sewell.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
