The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.

Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner.
Just bought a car from here yesterday and felt I had to share our experience... It started with Meagan who could not have been nicer she was extremely helpful and addressed all our needs and concerns... My wife and never felt any pressure and where very impressed at the entire experience... We also met Brian and Gregg who couldn’t have been nicer... We were super impressed with the no pressure experience and will definitely return when we are going to purchase another vehicle!

My experience at Ron Tonkin was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car and Roy Ramirez made it very easy and low pressure. He knew I wanted to stay loyal to Ron Tonkin since their service department has been so good to me over the years. He didn't originally have the car that I wanted but he found it and he gave me a great price. He was respectful and patient and it was a pleasure buying from him.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it.
The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep.
I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total..

This was the best dealer experience we've ever had. More like buying a car from a favorite Aunt. No pressure, quick to answer all questions. Reasonable negotiation. and the saleswoman re-defined "car salesperson" into a pleasant experience. The entire dealership went above and beyond for an out of state buyer. Very impressive.
