We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled

I can't say that about some of the other dealerships we stopped at that day. Scott treated us like we bought a $50,000 vehicle. The process was super smooth. When my car was totaled last year, I was very skeptical at the thought of having to purchase another one, having made bad choices in the past. Haggling over price, rushed to buying what I didn't like was not what I needed. I had never been to Sewell Lexus before and was a little intimidated at first. Right away I was greeted with smiles which made me more comfortable. The 2 sales guys that assisted me Joe & Dillon, also 2 of the most impressive people I have ever met. I was given a complete car history, a explanation of the vehicle features and how to maintain it in detail. All my questions were answered completely and honestly and I was truly certain this was the vehicle for me and daily life. After being given an amazing purchase price, a detailed explanation of everything and excellent customer service , again they went above and beyond and offered my free car washes for as long as would own my car. WOW! I hate washing or cleaning my car!! I purchased my car along with their platinum extended warranty the very same day! I have never been more pleased with a car purchase EVER. They made my car buying and experience I will never forget and past year and a half of owning my car very enjoyable!!!! Thank you Guys!!

The fact that they were willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy even after the purchase was completed made my new 2016 GS 200T purchase a 5-star experience. Special thanks to their New Car Director Corey Hawkins for this. This kind of behavior will make everyone in my family go back to Lexus, and Sewell Lexus at Fort Worth in particular, when they will look for their next car. It was also a pleasure dealing with Brad Coker, Shane Nelson and Courtney Jones during the car buying process.
