I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I have a Lexus RX 350 SUV that suffered a dent in its right fender after being parked in a supermarket parking lot. Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.

I just bought a pre-owned Lexus ES350 and had the best experience at Thompson Lexus Doylestown. My sales consultant, Wayne Habersham, made great efforts to make me feel welcome and comfortable and guided me very professionally through the whole process. He was adept as well as very informative and pleasant, a true gentleman. He made sure to answer each and every question I had patiently (and there were a lot of them). Most any car that’s a Lexus is a 5 Star car. The Lexus NX 300 is no different. It looks fast standing still! The body is sleek and very cool looking. The instrumentation is all intuitive. Not too much technology for the sake of technology. The tide is a dream. My ONLY complaint is t takes premium gas and that gas was over $5.50 where I live but had gone down. I still wish I had bought the hybrid. Other than that, it’s a Lexus!! It cost more but as always you get what you paid for.

Easily the BEST auto purchase experience I've ever had. I especially appreciated Dylan being so attentive and making the search simple. (Not wandering all over a car lot to see options was imperative with my disability). Rachel went above and beyond to help me be comfortable & understand while walking me through paperwork. Even after the sale, the guys moving cars were willing to take a minute and help me out!! I can't recommend this team highly enough.

My husband was pleased when he purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback in Oct 2023 with 32,500 miles. However, when the check engine light came on in April he took it to a local Subaru dealer. It was discovered that the 30,000 miles maintenance was never performed, either by previous owner or CarShop. Buyer beware...be sure the car's maintenance is current.

These guys are the best!!! I originally had gone to a different dealership for a 2021 jeep grand Cherokee limited. The car was terrible and the service was as well. The dealership name is 130 Chrysler dodge jeep. Please not go there they were awful. I left that dealership and found the same exact 2021 jeep grand Cherokee in the color I wanted “all black” with 8k less miles at auto lenders Princeton 15 mins away. This car was flawless and I knew it was the one! Everyone I dealt with from car salesman all the way up to the general manager was great to work with. I didn’t feel pushed to purchase a vehicle, instead they were helpful and wanted me to find the right fit for me. I could tell that I was dealing with good people.
