I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My recent visit to Walser Lexus was an amazing experience - when one brings in a car with damage it is not a happy time. I left with a perfectly repaired car - that was a happy time - made possible but Tangela - my go to girl - and a very nice gentleman named John. I bought a used Lexus and had a great deal of trouble getting the HomeLink garage door opener buttons to pair with my garage door. The manual is missing instructions. I called Walser Lexus and got John Kennedy. He gave me the step-by-step, and I was in business. Please also note that I didn't buy the car from Walser, AND he told me that if I could get it to work, they would send out someone to help me free of charge.

I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
We had decided on car model & configuration we wanted on the web. We were just going To test drive the vehicle, but they were helpful, informative, and competitive on the price so we bought the car there. Closing was easy & quick.

It was Saturday morning to complete buying my Lexus. Daniel definitely needs training or higher leadership has to send him for customer service training. He should know about the basic customer service. He was very bad. Thank you.
The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
